Concerning the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a vibrant Social Media Specialist who can craft and implement powerful, data-driven strategies to elevate our brand, engage our audience, and attract quality leads. This role requires a unique mix of creativity, analytical prowess, and a solid grasp of digital platforms. You’ll work closely with various teams to produce captivating content, execute successful campaigns, and foster lively brand communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement social media strategies that resonate with both brand identity and business goals.
- Plan, oversee, and fine-tune paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others to achieve the best return on investment.
- Utilize advanced targeting techniques — such as custom and lookalike audiences — to connect with valuable segments.
- Conduct thorough audience and market research to sharpen campaign targeting by city, region, or specific niche groups.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video teams to create engaging posts, visuals, and campaigns.
- Keep an eye on campaign metrics (like impressions, clicks, engagement, and conversions) and share actionable insights.
- Work alongside SEO teams to ensure that paid and organic strategies complement each other.
- Interact with followers, answer questions, and nurture community engagement through innovative content formats.
- Stay informed about platform updates, competitor moves, and emerging trends to spark new ideas.
- Partner with influencers, affiliates, and collaborators to broaden reach and enhance credibility.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is essential.
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in managing social media and paid campaigns, preferably in education, real estate, or similar industries.
- Deep knowledge of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking is a must.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads is required.
- Skilled in creating content calendars, managing brand voice, and ensuring a consistent presence across all platforms.
- A good grasp of SEO basics and the ability to integrate them with paid media strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics is important.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the knack for turning data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in the EdTech sector and an understanding of educators, students, and parents is a definite plus.
Preferred Add-ons:
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or other similar programs.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations with third-party partners.
- Familiarity with email marketing strategies and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of design or video editing software.
- Previous experience in the EdTech sector or with educational campaigns.
