The counselor will work primarily with onshore students, engaging through calls and follow-ups using company-provided data. The role operates under the direct supervision of a qualified Migration Agent in Australia, ensuring structured guidance, professional exposure, and continuous learning.
No prior experience in migration or student counseling is mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip the candidate with all necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence required to succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact onshore students using data provided by the company
  • Understand student needs, goals, and concerns through meaningful conversations
  • Provide accurate and ethical information related to education pathways, as trained
  • Collect, record, and update student feedback in internal systems
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture long-term student relationships
  • Work closely under the guidance of an Australian Migration Agent
  • Assist in documentation, filing, and basic assessment work after training
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian education standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student support processes

Training & Development
