About the Role:
We are seeking an effective and results-oriented Business Development & Client Relations Executive to be part of our team. This is a dual-faceted opportunity for business development for our Staffing business and client handling for our Real Estate business (Australian Market).
Applicants should have a good sales, partnership, or client handling background and are comfortable with handling both outbound business tie-ups and inbound client communication from international markets.
Work Timings:
- Type: Full-Time (Remote)
- Melbourne Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
1. Staffing Division
- Contact prospective partner firms in the Philippines, India, and Australia using the database provided.
- Make business offers and discuss tie-ups, referral partnership, or commission-based partnerships.
- Study partner products and negotiate mutually favorable deals.
- Keep accurate records of communication, leads, and follow-ups.
- Fix meetings with the top management for further deliberations.
- Project the company professionally through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
2. Real Estate Division
- Manage incoming calls of property sellers, buyers, and renters.
- Make outgoing calls to prospective customers marketing real estate properties and services.
- Deliver precise information, gather client needs, and arrange appointments.
- Update client details in CRM databases or lead sheets on a regular basis.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls and client interactions.
- Ability to research and identify collaboration opportunities with potential partners.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and email tools.
- Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in Virtual Assistant, BPO, or Recruitment Outsourcing sectors.
- Background in Real Estate calling or lead generation.
- Ability to prepare basic proposals or presentation materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales roles.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
